In the assignment, i think it was quite hard although I did enjoy learning how to use spread sheets and using scale rulers. I didn’t like the fact that I had to draw the big copy twice. -.- It was a good expierence.

If I had to do the hole thing again I would of used more shapes and I also would of not made it a less difficult designs.

Me and my partner got most 90′s in the score and one 75 >:(

I would give our design a 4 out of 5 and 96 out of 100.

Maths Decimals

In maths we have been learing about decimals.
We first had a test and then we worked on the stuff we got wrong. My first test result was eight out of 22 and I had a lot of work to do. In the “after test” I got 13 out of 22. I improved by five. I think I worked reasonably hard but I think I could of done better.

Maths: Fractions

I think I have been improving in fractions. When we started learning about them three weeks ago I din’t know much about them but now I understand all about them. Some things we were learning about were: numerators, denominators, improper fractions, mixed numbers, adding, subtracting, multiplying, divide, converting, recipricals and lots more.
My first test score was only about 14/22 but the next test was 18/22+1 and that means i improved by five.

world maths/spelling day

Most 6/7′s particpated in the world maths and world spelling day. World spelling day is where you go on line and have a race of who can get as many points and as many words right.

World maths day is where you verse people around the world. When you verse people you have to answer as many sums or math problems as quick as possible before the time runs out.

I did very well in both subjects. I got about 1,000 or 2,000 points in the maths one and in spelling one i think i got a couple of hudred points.

In the past week Miss Wyatt’s maths class has been learning about consecutive numbers, prime numbers and number patterns.

We first had a test at the start of the week and then we worked on the stuff we didn’t get right.

I had to work on consecutive numbers and prime numbers.

I think I have improved a lot. I think the way we learn in this maths group is very good because your not learning things you already no how to do you are learning things that you need to know and what you don’t already know.

My first test results were 13 out of 25 and the second time after we worked on the stuff we didn’t know it was 20 out of 25!!

1. I love purple orange and green thay are my favourite colours.

2. I have a dog named Bev

she is female.

3. I have great friends that care love and support me through everything.

4. I have my ears, belly button and nose pierced.

5. I love to play guitar and listen to music all the time. Music is my life.

6. My favourite bands are short stack, good charlotte, daft punk, bruno mars and LMFAO.

7. My favourite music station would have to be triple jjj !

8. I use to ride motor bikes and and I love camping xxx.

swimming carnival

On the 11th of march there was a swimmin carnival for Sorell school at the Glenorchy pool.

We all had to participate in at least one swimming event to be able to go on the slide.

If we were not swimming we could either play volley ball or botchey.

I swam in the 50 metre freestyle and the 100 metre freestyle. In the 100 metre i came 4th and in the 50 metre i came 3rd!! Everyone had a great day xx.

Of course Davis won over all xx with all the participation GOO DAVISS !!!

Justice crew is awesome !

Haha, this one time i was getting ready for school and whilst mum was makin lunch I simply asked her if i could have a bun. She replied and said I’m sorry but we don’t have any buns and i was still standing there laughing when i told her i meant a bun in my hair haha!!
